Permille Formula

Permille means “per thousand.” Convert a fraction to permille by dividing the numerator by the denominator and multiplying by 1000.

permille = (numerator / denominator) x 1000

percent = (numerator / denominator) x 100

How the Calculation Works

  • permille = 0.5 x 1000
